How it works
1. Our sleep calculator is based on the fact that human sleep cycles typically last 90 minutes (including light sleep, deep sleep, and REM stages). Waking up at the end of a sleep cycle leaves you feeling refreshed, while waking up in the middle of a cycle can leave you feeling groggy.
2. Calculations include a 15-minute buffer for falling asleep, helping you plan your sleep more accurately
